Eligibility Criteria
A 1st degree (related to our business areas) from top rated universities (public & private).
Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
Applicants must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
Applicants must not be older than 26 years of age at the time of application.
Maximum of 0 (post NYSC) to 3 years work experience.

How long is the program?
It is a 12 month program. It begins with a 5 weeks bootcamp, which is the last stage of the application process.
How do I get into the program?
Only candidates who successfully pass the bootcamp stage are admitted into the program.
Can I work within my area of interest?
Candidates will be assessed based on fit with the business area they indicated interest in, at application.
Is this a paid program?
Yes, all trainees will be paid a monthly stipend through the duration of the program.
